Hotel looks good but room was big but old and sparse. The toilet is poor. Staff is courteous but speaks little English. Food was below my expectation. Onsen was average but run down. Overall a 2-3star experience.

“husband and wife travelling together (traveling)”
We were two couples after a long absence and were very pleased with our stay. The room was pleasantly clean and comfortable. The dinner time seemed to be the last one, and while we were eating, other things were being cleaned up, and the atmosphere seemed rushed with the clatter of dishes, etc., which was disappointing. The bath and customer service were good. I would like to use Ogawaya again. Thank you very much.
