Even though this place is congested with many travelers, the forever smiling staff willingness to approach and advise/assists "seems lost or confused" guests is a great plus to its "famed" reputation of a caring hotel.

館内はかなり年数を感じましたが、部屋 風呂 食事処良かったです。 食事も満足でした。風呂の湯は大変良かったです。 フロントの対応も良かったです。また機会があれば、行きたいと思います。 １階から８階までのエレベーター移動が混んでいる時かなり待たされて大変でした。 みんなの感想です

“Gero Onsen”
It had been a long time since I stayed in Gero Onsen (Gero Hot Springs). The hotel was on a hill, so I could not take a walk in the hot spring resort area, but I booked the all-you-can-drink buffet plan for dinner.
