      “サービスが良かった”

      出張で利用しました。チェックイン前に荷物も預けられますし、サインするだけでスムーズにチェックインが出来ました。朝ごはんの会場に団体客が入っているとのことで、朝ごはんをルームサービスのように部屋で提供頂きありがとうございました。朝食のボリュームも、食べきれないくらい多く美味しかったです。お世話になりました。

      “また宿泊したい”

      今回はマリンメッセでのライブのために宿泊しましたが、非常に便利でした。これまで博多駅周辺で宿泊していたため、博多観光も少しマンネリしていたのですが、中洲川端には美味しいお店も多く、気軽に散策することができ、とても新鮮でした。ただ、駅から少し歩くため、雨など天候次第では移動が大変かもしれません。 ホテルの方の対応も、いつもにこやかでとても気持ちが良いです。 部屋が少し狭く感じますが、これは好みの問題なので．．．全体に清潔感があって、調度品も品がよくまとまっていますので、とても居心地のよいお部屋でした。

      “とにかく清潔でした。”

      バスもカビ一つ無く，寝具も清潔。お部屋も可愛く、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切でした。また利用したいです。

      チェックインアウトともに荷物預けサービスはありがたい。ホテルの清潔感、広さなどは一般的だが、アメニティの豊富さは素晴らしいものがあった。一般的な歯ブラシに加えて、青汁、ドリップ式コーヒー、入浴剤などもあった！駅からは若干歩くが、許容の範囲、西鉄バスがバス停が近かった。口コミ機能が腐っている。。。。。。
