*Please be aware of the following when booking. Staying guests are considered to have read and understood the following terms at the time of booking.
*Any changes made after booking will incur a cancellation fee in any case. (1. Schedule change; 2. Change in no. of guests; 3. Plan (room/meal); etc.)
*The maximum limit for reservations per person is up to 3 rooms, up to 3 nights, and up to 10 people. Overbookings will be canceled.
*Guests who arrive on the day of accommodation with more people than reserved will not be allowed to stay. At the time of booking, please be sure to input the number of all staying guests regardless of age (including children who do not require meals or bedding).
*Important Notes Regarding Meals
- Guests who have booked accommodation-only plans (without meals) cannot request additional meals whether in advance or on the day. There are no restaurants, supermarkets, etc. within walking distance, so guests who are using public transportation may consider shopping or dining in advance, or use a taxi.
- Guests on plans with dinner included must check in by 19:00. Dinner will not be served from 19:00 onwards, and refunds will not be issued. The menu cannot be changed (including for personal preferences, vegetarian meals, allergy-friendly meals, and religious dietary restrictions).
*Other Important Notes
- All rooms are non-smoking (additional charges will be required for guests who smoke inside the guestroom). Room changes on the day of check-in are not allowed. Requests for specific rooms, such as those on upper floors, are not accepted. The view varies depending on the room type. Views of Mt. Fuji and other scenery may not be visible depending on the weather.
- There is no shuttle service.
- The final check-in is until 20:00. If no notification was made by the scheduled check-in time, guests may not be guided to their room or may not be able to stay.

“Great food, great staff and great location!”
We stayed two nights in a row and were pleased with the lobster at the first dinner, fresh abalone at the second dinner, and all the other items on the menu. All staff were courteous and pleasant. From the person in charge of parking to the person in charge of food service. We were especially pleased when we told them what we wanted for lunch at the meal and went to the restaurant they told us about, which we were also extremely pleased with. I want to thank you for the reliable information. The shochu we drank at dinner was also delicious, and we were able to buy several bottles at the liquor store we were told about because the hotel did not have any spare. Fuji was in front of us from the window, and the picture was enjoyed by people we knew on FB. The couple rated it a "we'd love to come back again". The room was in the main building, but the annex seems to be nicer and I would like to book that next time.
