One of those large hotels with great service but needs to be upgraded . the room was nice with ocean view but little dated . Bed too hard and lampshade needs be changed - water damage . A little too far from train station and no shuttle but easy taxi ride and the employees were really nice .

Stayed here due to my conference being held in the same location. The hotel itself is a 25 min walk from the station (15 for people who walk fast), and a straight-shot on foot or by cab. I didn't take advantage of the meals or any area baths. My key wasn't working at first, but the staff responded quickly and efficiently with a new card. My only complaint is you can't turn off the main light without deactivating all of the lights in the room (main control is your keycard). It was a bit odd cleaning staff ignored the "no need for tidying" sign both times I used it...would've been OK with the same towel and sheets for a few nights if it made their job easier

i think this is probably the best hotel in Aomori city and is a doddle to find as it's the tallest building there (not many tall buildings also). you can walk to the station from the hotel, it's about 20 minutes, or of course catch a taxi. i was given a non smoking room which is unfortunate as i smoke quite a lot and this was most inconvenient. no child rates. breakfast was the standard buffet and quite ok. very nice room and a reasonable size for a city hotel. parking is Y600 a night, pay at reception otherwise you will be asked for over Y5,000 from the exit machine !!

Very good hotel in a good location. rooms are a good size for western travelers. Service is good considering limited english, but we are in Japan after all

第二次入住该酒店，比较喜欢。虽然离JR青森站稍微远了一点，但是服务和附近的饭馆都挺方便的。如果不是特别早或者特别晚的火车，挺推荐这家酒店的。
