And throughout all four seasons, guests can also participate in various activities, such as strawberry picking, fireworks and cormorant fishing, touring around temples, shrines, and museums, and more.

Hotel Hatta has easy access - it is about 1 hour and 30 minutes by train from JR Shinjuku to Station to Isawa-Onsen Station (closest station) - so guests can easily come for a visit. This hotel is located about 15 minutes on foot, and about 5 minutes by car from Isawa-Onsen Station. There is also a shuttle going between Isawa-Onsen Station and Hotel Hatta (please check the Access Information).

This hotel is equipped with large communal baths (indoor hot spring baths), open-air baths (hot springs), and scenic view hot spring baths made with red wine on the 7th floor for both men and women. Also, all guestrooms have baths (unit baths) that use hot spring water drawn directly from the source, so guests can enjoy hot springs even in their guestroom.

Dinner will be a Japanese-style set meal in the dining room. These meals are handmade with care, using a variety of fresh ingredients, including local, Yamanashi-sourced ingredients. Breakfast will be a Japanese/Western-style buffet (or a Japanese-style set meal; not selectable).

While check-in is from 15:00, guests can check their travel baggage at the front desk before check-in. Check-out is at 10:00.

There is a taxi stand in the rotary in front of the station. Taxi fare to Hotel Hatta: around JPY 730 (current as of April 2017).
There is a shuttle running between Isawa-Onsen Station and Hotel Hatta.
Pick-ups are at 14:10, 15:10, 16:10, and 17:10.
Drop-offs are at 8:00, 9:10, 9:40, and 10:10.
All shuttles are matched with the limited express train coming from and going to the Shinjuku area.
