By car: From Akita, take the Tohoku Expressway. Exit at the Kazuno-Hachimantai IC and continue along Route 341 and Hachimantai Aspite Line (40 min). From Iwate, take the Tohoku Expressway. Exit at the Matsuo Hachimantai IC and continue along the Hachimantai Aspite Line (approx. 60 min).
