From Yumoto Station (JR Joban Line): Board a Joko bus bound for Spa Resort Hawaiians (about 15 minutes). Immediate access from there.
By car: Exit the Joban Expressway at Iwaki-Yumoto IC and continue along Prefectural Route Iwaki-Ishikawa Road for about 3 minutes (3 km).
