Yumekaiyu Awajishima is located right in front of Ohama Coast on the eastern coastline of Awaji Island, an area selected by the Ministry of Environment as one of the most enjoyable swimming areas in Japan.

Situated in a good location, it is easily accessible from Kobe (approximately 90 minutes away) and Osaka (approximately 120 minutes away). The hotel’s large communal bath uses the myth of Japan’s creation as written in the “Records of Ancient Matters” and the “Chronicles of Japan” as its motif. With facilities like the Umine-no-Mori Annex Spa, where guests can enjoy a monthly-changing medicinal bath, the hot springs facilities are also quite fulfilling. The hotel is equipped with the Stella Terrace which gives a panoramic view of Osaka Bay, and an indoor pool that is usable all year long.

With izakaya (Japanese pub) style dining that offers a dynamic savoring of appetizing food nurtured by the abundance of nature on Awaji Island, the hotel operates under the ideal of providing "seasonal feasts that are fresh, piping hot, and freshly made," so guests can really enjoy the spirit of Japan at every turn.
