How to get there?
From Mishima Station (JR Tokaido Line): Take the Izuhakone Railway bound for Shuzenji and get off at Shuzenji Station (about 30 minutes). It is about 10 minutes by taxi from there.
By car: Exit the Tomei Expressway at Numazu IC and continue along the Izu Jukan Expressway, the Izu Chuodo, then the Shuzenji Road for about 30 minutes (25 km).

How to get there?
From Shuzenji Station (Izuhakone Railway): Take a bus bound for Shuzenji Onsen and get off at the Shuzenji Onsen bus stop (about 8 minutes). It is about 8 minutes on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Tomei Expressway at Numazu IC and continue along the Izu-Jukan Expressway for about 35 minutes.

This long-established ryokan was built in 1873. Almost the entire building was recognized as a National Cultural Asset. The baths are built in old Tempyo period (8th century) style.
How to get there?
From Mishima Station (JR Tokaido Line): Take an Izuhakone Railway Sunzu Line train bound for Shuzenji and get off at Shuzenji Station (35 min). From there, take a Tokai bus bound for Shuzenji Onsen and get off at the Shuzenji Onsen bus stop (7 min). It is 5 min on foot from there.
By car: 60 min from Tomei Expressway Numazu IC.
Kikuya
Kikuya
The interior of this ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) exhibits a romantic ambiance reminiscent of the Taisho era (early 20th century). Kikuya is located in front of the Shuzenji Onsen-eki bus stop, and features an open-air garden bath. Renovations were completed in July 2006.
How to get there?
From Mishima Station (JR Tokaido Line): Take the Izuhakone Railway bound for Shuzenji to Shuzenji Station (about 32 min). Then take a bus to the Shuzenji Onsen bus stop (about 8 min). It is about 1 min on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Tomei Expressway at Numazu IC and continue along Route 1 for about 4 km (about 10 min), then Route 136 for about 20 km (about 30 min). Head toward Shuzenji Onsen.

By car: Exit Shuzenji Road at Shuzenji IC and take Prefectural Route 18 for about 2 km (about 3 min).

By car: Exit the Tomei Expressway at Numazu IC and continue along the Izu Jukan Expressway, Izu Chuodo, and then Shuzenji Road for about 25 km (about 35 min).
