The meals at Sansuiro consist of traditional kaiseki courses, and the ryokan specializes in dishes containing a form of tofu called yuba. Located in Yugawara with convenient access to Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, this ryokan also offers great access for sightseeing. From Tokyo Area: Take a shinkansen (bullet train) to Atami Station (about 55 min from Tokyo Station), then a taxi from there (about 20 min). Alternatively, take a limited express train to Yugawara Station (about 80 min from Tokyo Station), then a taxi (about 7 min) or bus (about 17 min) from there.
