Akiu Resort Hotel Crescent
The resort hotel mainly with western-style guest rooms located in Akiu Onsen has a chapel and the sports facilities surrounded by forest. We are proud of our abundantly flowing onsen (hot springs) and French cuisine with sophisticated taste.
How to get there?
From JR Sendai Station, West Exit: Take an Akiu route bus bound for Shinrin Sports Koen and get off at the Shinrin Sports Koen bus stop (approx. 55 min). Immediate access from there.
By car: Exit the Tohoku Expressway at the Sendai-minami IC and continue along Route 286 for about 15 min (10 km).
Hotel Zuiho
About 30 minutes by car from the center of Sendai. Hotel Zuiho is set in an immense setting, overlooking the Rairaikyo Valley. The hotel offers a large communal bath, 6 open-air baths as well as a luxurious buffet.
How to get there?
From Sendai Station, West Exit: Take a Miyagi Kotsu bus bound for Akiu Onsen and get off at the Rairaikyo bus stop (about 45 minutes). It is about 1 minute on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Tohoku Expressway at Sendai-minami IC and continue along Route 286 for about 10 km (about 15 minutes).
Kagaribi no Yu Ryokusuitei
Please feel and enjoy the four seasons of Japan at the Ryokusuitei surrounded by nature. In the evening, it is fantastic with the fires lit around the open-air bath.
How to get there?
From JR Tohoku Shinkansen Sendai Station: 50 min by bus, get off at Nozokibashi bus stop (pick-up bus service available from the stop).
From Tohoku Expressway Sendai-Minami IC: 15 min

A free shuttle bus runs between JR Sendai Station East Exit and the hotel.
Departure Times: 15:00 from JR Sendai Station East Exit, 10:00 from hotel.

Hotel Hananoyu (Akiu Onsen)
This hotel has enough guest rooms to accommodate up to 400 people and consists of four buildings: the West Building, East Building, Annex, and Spa Garden Akiu Telme. The hotel faces mountain streams of the Natori River.

From Sendai Station (JR Tohoku Shinkansen) West Exit: Take the bus bound for Akiu Onsen from Bus Stop No. 8 and get off at Rairaikyo Bus Stop (about 50 minutes). About 5 minutes on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Tohoku Expressway at Sendai-minami IC and continue along Route 286 for about 10 minutes (6 km).
Saryo Soen
Guests at this hotel can look forward to the seasonal changing landscape with views of a beautiful Japanese garden from the comfort of their room.

From Sendai Station (JR Tohoku Shinkansen Line): Take the Miyagi Kotsu Bus bound for Akiu Onsen and get off at Yakushi Bus Stop (about 50 minutes). The hotel is about 1 minute on foot from the bus stop.
By car: Exit the Tohoku Expressway at Sendai-minami IC and continue along National Route 286 for about 15 minutes (10 km). The hotel is about 300 m after Nozoki-bashi Bridge on the lefthand side.
Akiu Grand Hotel
Of all the hotels and inns at Akiu Hot Spring, this is the only place where you can enjoy a view of magical Rairai-kyo Gorge illuminated in the dark from an open-air bath. Relax in a yukata (Japanese-style bathrobe) and enjoy a stroll on a nature trail along Rairai-kyo Gorge.

From Sendai Station (JR Tohoku Shinkansen), West Exit: Take a bus from the No. 8 bus lane at the Bus Terminal bound for Akiu Onsen and get off at the Nozokibashi bus stop (about 50 min). It is about 1 min on foot from there.
Hotel Kiyomizu
All guestrooms offer views of the Natori River. Guests can enjoy the sauna, Jacuzzi, large communal baths, and open-air baths with panoramic views. Traditional Japanese food is served in the guestrooms. Groups of 5 or more are served meals in a private dining room.

By car: Exit the Tohoku Expressway at Sendai-minami IC and continue on Route 286 for about 10 minutes (8 km), then continue on Prefectural Route Akiu Road for about 3 minutes (2 km).

By car: Exit the Tohoku Expressway at Sendai-minami IC and continue along Route 286, then Prefectural Route Akiu-Yamadera Route for about 7 km (about 15 min).
