From Mikata Station (JR Obama Line): About 20 minutes by taxi.
By car: Exit the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway at Wakasa-Mikata IC and continue along National Route 27 for about 5 minutes (3 km), then Prefectural Route 216 via National Route 162 for about 20 minutes (12 km).

By car: Exit the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway at Wakasa-Mikata IC and continue along Route 27, then Route 162 for about 20 minutes. Head towards Fukuiken Kaihin Shizen Center.

From JR Tsuruga Station: Transfer to the Obama Line heading to Mikata Station (30 min). Then transfer to a city bus bound for Tsunekami and alight at Umiyama (20 min). About 1 min on foot from the bus stop.

By car: Exit the Hokuriku Expressway at Tsuruga IC and take National Route 27, National Route 162 and Prefectural Route 216.
