From Nagano Station (JR Chuo Line, Hokuriku Shinkansen), Zenkoji Exit: Take the Nagano Railway Line bound for Yudanaka and get off at Yudanaka Station (about 45 min). It is about 7 min on foot or about 1 min by taxi from there.
By car: Exit the Joshin-etsu Expressway at Shinshu-Nakano IC and continue along Route 292 for about 15 km (about 15 min).

From Nagano Station (JR Lines) Zenkoji Exit: Take the Nagano Railway Yamanouchi Line bound for Yudanaka and get off at Yudanaka Station (about 50 minutes). Then take a Nagaden Bus bound for Shibu/Kanbayashi Onsen and get off at the Shibuwago-bashi bus stop (about 10 minutes). It is about 2 minutes on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Joshin-etsu Expressway at Shinshu-Nakano IC and continue along Route 292 (Shiga-Nakano By-Pass) for about 20 minutes (13 km). Head to the direction of Shibu Onsen from Sano-Kakuma ramp.
