From Iiyama Station (JR Iiyama Line): Take the community bus bound for Madarao Kogen and get off at the Madarao Kogen bus stop (30 minutes). It is 10 minutes on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Jo-etsu Expressway at Toyota-Iiyama IC and continue along Prefectural Route 117, then Prefectural Route 97 (Iiyama-Madarao-Arai Line) for about 25 minutes (14 km). Then take Prefectural Route 96 (Iiyama-Myoko-Kogen Line) for about 20 minutes (12 km).
