By car: Exit the Tomei Expressway at Numazu IC and continue along National Route 136 for about 30 km (about 40 min), then Prefectural Route 18 for 20 km (30 min). Head towards Heda Bay and Cape Mihama.

By train: Take a JR Tokaido Line train to Numazu Station.
