- There is only 1 round-trip service per day. Trip takes approx. 90 min.
- The service from Matsumoto Station West Exit (Alps Exit) departs at 14:45 and runs directly to the hotel.
- The service from the hotel departs at 12:00 (makes a stopover at Kamikochi Bus Terminal at 12:30) and heads for Matsumoto Station West Exit.
- The bus will depart at 14:45 as scheduled even if there are guests who do not show up by the departure time without notification.
