1. Transportation fees included in this tour are the one-way or round trip train fare by shinkansen as designated in the tour itinerary. All other transportation fees will be personally borne. These discounted tickets are offered only as a part of this package. Tickets cannot be sold on their own.

2. Please book at least 8 working days prior to your desired departure. Make sure to include information on your place of stay immediately prior to departure, including address, phone number, and check-in date so that we may deliver your train tickets. If staying at a personal residence in Japan, please inform us of the landlord's name as well.

3. If you need to make any changes after making reservations, please call no later than eight business days before your departure date. If you decide to cancel the tour after receiving your tickets, please send the tickets back to Sunrise Center.

4. This tour includes reserved seat tickets for a shinkansen departing within the designated time periods as listed in the tour itinerary. Seat assignments and specific departure times within that time period cannot be designated.

5. Please note that your shinkansen tickets will not be reissued or replaced if you lose them after receipt. In those circumstances, you will have to purchase normal tickets at your own expense.

6. Please arrange your own transportation between Odawara Station and Hakone. Local buses take approximately 60 minutes and cost JPY 1,270.

7. Triple rooms are not available at the main building of The Prince Hakone hotel.

8. Please note that while special requests for room types or non-smoking rooms are passed on to the hotel at the time of reservation, accommodating such requests is at the discretion of the hotel, and no guarantees are made as to availability. If you wish to confirm the status of your request, please contact JAPANiCAN Customer Support from at most three days before your check-in date.
