1. This is an unguided free plan. Transportation other than that described in the itinerary must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Sightseeing activities are not included in this package. JAPANiCAN.com will not be held responsible if activities/facilities not included in the package are unavailable for any reason.
2. Train tickets will typically be issued for times as stated in the itinerary, but there may be some cases when tickets will be issued for different times due to circumstances such as altered train schedules. You will be informed of the exact train number and departure time by the day before departure.
3. The included train tickets cannot be exchanged. If you fail to board the train indicated on your ticket, you may use the tickets to ride in the non-reserved cars of subsequent trains of the same service.
4. Lost tickets will not be replaced. If you lose your tickets, you will have to arrange and pay for replacements yourself.
5. You will be asked when booking to provide information regarding your accommodations in Japan before this package. This information is required so that your tickets and final itinerary can be delivered. Since your tickets need to be delivered by mail by the day before departure, it is typically not possible for customers to use this package on the same day that they arrive in Japan.
6. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact Customer Support to do so by 8 days prior to departure. For last minute changes, please call instead of emailing.
7. If you decide to cancel after booking this package, we ask that you do so at least 2 days before your planned departure to avoid unnecessary issuance of tickets (cancellation fees still apply). If you cancel after receiving your tickets, you must return the unused tickets to the Sunrise Center.
8. This package has been specially arranged for foreign tourists. Unfortunately, this package cannot be purchased by residents of Japan.
