JR trains, subways, buses and taxis may be used for pick-up and drop-off services. Direct check-in passengers at the Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal are requested to show up by 20 minutes before the actual starting time. Pick-up services at each hotel are available when the reservation is made more than one hour before the actual starting time. At New Sannno in Tokyo and Yoshi-ima in Kyoto, pick-up services are available for the staying guests only.
