JR trains, subways, buses and taxis may be used for pick-up and drop-off services. Direct check-in passengers at the Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal are requested to show up by 20 minutes before the actual starting time. Pick-up services at each hotel are available when the reservation is made more than one hour before the actual starting time. At New Sannno in Tokyo, pick-up services are available for the staying guests only. Participants staying at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa and The Prince Sakura Tower can use pick-up services from the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa. Drop-off service at the Hotel Pacific Tokyo will be abolished in September 30, 2010 due to the hotel closure.
