JR trains, subways, buses and taxis may be used for pick-up and drop-off services. Direct check-in passengers at the Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal are requested to show up by 20 minutes before the actual starting time. Pick-up services at each hotel are available when the reservation is made more than one hour before the actual starting time. At New Sannno in Tokyo and Yoshi-ima in Kyoto, pick-up services are available for the staying guests only. Participants staying at Takanawa Prince Hotel and its Sakura Tower can use pick-up services from the New Takanawa Prince Hotel. At the 5 hotels with , pick-up service is available if reservation is made not later than 4:00 p.m. on the previous day. Passengers from the Hilton Tokyo will be escorted to the Hyatt Regency Tokyo on foot, for Afternoon tour.(marked ) The time for drop-off services depends on the location of your hotel and traffic conditions.
