Online cancellation on the arrival date for lodging plans without a meal or with a breakfast should be made before 5 PM (Japan time). Cancellations for lodging plans with dinner must be made by noon (Japan time).
Online cancellations may not be possible depending on facilities if there has been any change in the booking history. Please contact us by E-mail or telephone at least 5 days prior to your stay (excluding Sundays and holidays in Japan).

Cancellation fees set by lodging facilities may vary depending on facilities.

Lodging fees will be charged upon online reservation.
The amount of the refund, minus the cancellation fee specified in the terms of the arranged travel agreement, will be credited to your credit card account.
Credit card sales cannot be refunded with cash.
Please note that refunds are processed upon receipt of a cancellation but may not be credited immediately depending on a credit card company policy
