| Reservations can be confirmed and cancelled online Online cancellation on the arrival date for lodging plans without a meal or with a breakfast should be made before 5 PM (Japan time). Cancellations for lodging plans with dinner must be made by noon (Japan time). Online cancellations may not be possible depending on facilities if there has been any change in the booking history. Please contact us by E-mail or telephone at least 5 days prior to your stay (excluding Sundays and holidays in Japan). |
