For our tour the Shibazakura had not fully bloomed, so when we arrived to check-in the tour company gave the option of cancelling and refunding the cost, which was nice. However, we still went on the tour with an additional destination, the Cherry Blossom Festival, which was beautiful. The Shibazakura festival was also still fun to visit as they had various food stall, a foot bath area, and performers around. We were also able to see a part of Mt. Fuji even though it was cloudy. The tulips were nice, the strawberry picking was a ton of fun and very sweet, and the sake factory had many great tastings. Our tour guide was great, sharing a lot of facts on Japanese culture in between each destination. The schedule for the day is packed though and the destinations were pretty far from one another (40min-1hr usually). You spend a lot of time on the bus and it made us feel like we didn't have enough time at any one place to really enjoy all of it and were rushing to get back to the bus.
