About Pricing

Displayed package prices on this page are per person, based on two adults sharing a room. Supplemental charges for single bookings apply. Discounts are available for children, JPY 2,400 per child.

Package prices include lodging for the listed number of nights and round-trip Airport Limousine Bus tickets to and from your selected hotel and Narita International Airport.

No meals are included in this package. Breakfast at your hotel is available for an additional fee.

Remarks

All packages are for a minimum 2-night stay.

All rooms are assigned on arrival, at the discretion of the hotel.

Reservations are at an on-request basis. Following reservation submission, you will receive a response within 2 business days as to your reservation confirmation (Monday through Friday excluding Japanese national holidays).

Airport Limousine Bus coupons redeemable for round-trip service between Narita International Airport and your chosen hotel will be sent via e-mail along with your reservation confirmation.

Print out your coupon and present it at the Airport Limousine Bus counter at Narita International Airport to redeem it for transfer to your chosen hotel. You must have a printed copy of the coupon to board the bus. You must present your passport or other identification matching the name on your reservation to redeem your coupon.

At least one day prior to your check-out date, present your coupon to the front desk of your chosen hotel to reserve a transfer to Narita International Airport.

Coupons will be sent as a PDF file attachment with your reservation confirmation e-mail. You must have Adobe Acrobat software installed to open and print the PDF file. Please click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader (links to outside site).

Coupon for airport limousine bus service to your hotel is only redeemable on your check-in day. Coupon for return service to Narita International Airport is redeemable on your check-out day. If you would like your return coupon to be issued for a day other than your check-out day, please include that request in the remarks section of the reservation request form.

Cancellation Policy

1. To cancel a reservation once a request is made, please send an e-mail to japanican_info@jtb.jp. Make sure to include your confirmation number in the e-mail.

2. Cancellation charges will apply according to the below table, determined as when notice of cancellation is received:
